Striking Art Deco Sunburst Double Wardrobe

An unusual and eye catching Art Deco double wardrobe with straight grain walnut veneers to the front and sunburst design with iconic cloud outline. The central decorative panel boast a claret coloured burl walnut band. The whole is raised on a stepped ebonised plinth of skyscraper silhouette. The feature handles are chrome military style and the brass escutcheon is also beautifully decorative, comes with fully working lock and key. The doors open and can be held in place with their original solid brass retainers. The interior is fitted with a full hanging section to the left with original chrome rail. To the right are 2 removable shelves which provide 3 storage compartments or alternatively there is s further chrome hanging rail which allows further hanging space if desired by removing the shelves. Two capacious drawers below add extra storage to this already versatile wardrobe. There is a full mirror to the left hand interior door and a small mirror on the interior of the right door Along with a neat tie rack.
The wardrobe can divide down the centre line for tricky stairs etc.
Having passed through our workshop this wardrobe comes to you in excellent condition.
